One of the key features of FriteBox TV _ Multiposte v6 is that it retrieves the program guide directly from the Freebox Révolution. To ensure smooth functioning, users need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as their box and avoid using private iCloud relays. It is important to differentiate between regular Wi-Fi, Free Wi-Fi, and secure connections.
The Freebox Révolution only has one TNT tuner, which means it can display only one TNT channel at a time or stream the same channel on multiple devices like TVs and smartphones. However, users with sufficient internet speed can utilize ADSL streams without any issues. In cases where there is a need for two TNT tuners due to low internet speed, users can add a USB TNT key to have a second tuner. This will result in an additional bouquet in the channel list.
It is worth noting that paid bouquets and certain internet channels are not available in the application. This is due to the rules established by Free or the respective channels. The application displays all possible channels, but if a channel is not in the list, it cannot be viewed in multiposte mode. For optimal channel availability, it is highly recommended to connect an indoor TNT antenna, even a basic one.
Please note that FriteBox TV _ Multiposte v6 is not compatible with a V5/Crystal box. However, there is another application available that caters to these boxes.
